Registered Provisional Psychologist

Cora is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with experience in both community and private practice settings. She grounds her work in the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives, while she brings expertise in psychology and mental wellness.
She works with teens, adults, and couples, bringing warmth, humour, curiosity, and genuine collaboration into the therapy room.
Cora takes an eclectic, individualized approach to therapy, drawing from Narrative Therapy, IFS,  Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and the Gottman Method for couples work. She may also integrate art, writing, and other creative approaches to explore personal narratives when words alone may fall short. Her work is guided by the belief that we all share the experience of being human, while bringing our own unique stories, perspectives, and experiences to that journey.
Her passion for psychology began during her career as a hairstylist, where she discovered how meaningful it could be to build a place of comfort to connect with people through the highs and lows of life. That experience eventually led her to pursue a career in psychology, where she could continue that work in a more intentional way.
She has experience supporting clients navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief and loss, self-esteem and self-compassion, premarital and relationship concerns, and major life-stage transitions.
Cora strives to co-create a space where you can explore the parts of your story you want to share, at a pace that feels right for you. She believes meaningful therapy is not about having all the answers, but about asking great questions while helping you develop curiosity about your experiences, and discover new possibilities for where your story can go next.
