Natasha brings a compassionate, person-centered approach to therapy, rooted in the understanding that authentic healing happens when clients experience genuine connection and support. Working with adults and couples, she specializes in addressing diverse concerns while maintaining specialized training in sexuality, sexual wellness, intimacy, relationship dynamics, identity exploration, and emotional wellness.

Her practice creates an affirming environment that welcomes LGBTQ2+ and kink-aware perspectives, fostering a collaborative therapeutic space where clients can examine their experiences through lenses of self-compassion and curiosity. Natasha integrates evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment theory, and Gottman's Method for couples work, tailoring her interventions to meet each client's distinct needs and circumstances.

Natasha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Concordia University of Edmonton and a Master of Counselling from City University of Seattle. Committed to professional growth, she has pursued specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Gottman's Method for couples therapy, reflecting her dedication to providing current, effective therapeutic interventions.
