Trystan Fung is a dedicated counsellor who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and uncover their strengths. He began his career supporting at-potential youth, witnessing firsthand the resilience people demonstrate when given the right tools and support. These experiences inspired him to pursue a Master of Counselling Psychology, shaping his commitment to a client-centered and collaborative approach.

Trystan works with adults and youth experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, and performance-related concerns. He uses an integrative model combining Adlerian Therapy and Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, fostering a therapeutic environment of warmth, empathy, and collaboration. He welcomes clients from all walks of life and holds a deep commitment to supporting Indigenous peoples, drawing on his research and practice to ensure culture, identity, and voice remain central to the change process.
